Register a Player

Begin the registration process for a USA Darts Academy program. Programs combine age-appropriate darts instruction with scoring, mental arithmetic, sportsmanship, and positive player development. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration for any player under 18. Program availability, schedules, eligibility requirements, and fees may vary by academy location.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Before You Begin

Please review the following information before starting the registration form. Having the necessary details ready will make the process easier and help the academy review the submission.

PARENT OR GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

A parent or legal guardian must complete and approve registration for any player under 18. Players ages 18 through 20 may complete their own registration.

CHOOSE A PROGRAM AND LOCATION

Review current academy locations, schedules, eligibility requirements, and program availability before registering. Some programs may be coming soon or accepting players for a waiting list.

HAVE PLAYER INFORMATION READY

Be prepared to provide the player’s legal name, date of birth, contact information, selected academy or program, emergency-contact details, and relevant accommodations needed for safe participation.

SUBMISSION AND PLACEMENT

Submitting the form begins the registration review but does not guarantee immediate placement. The academy will confirm availability, scheduling, applicable fees, and any required agreements or next steps.
